Refund policy

Per-move unlocks are generally non-refundable once you generate Avery labels, export inventory, or complete checkout, because those are the paid capabilities. If checkout succeeded and the product was unavailable, email support@ilike2moveitmoveit.com within 14 days with the Stripe receipt id. Refunds, when granted, go back to the original payment method via Stripe.

Free-tier use is free. Taxes collected by Stripe follow tax authority rules and may not be refundable separately.
